ICT 2010 will focus on policy priorities such as Europe's Digital Agenda and the next ICT research programme of the European Union. The two main themes for the event will be "ICT for sustainable growth in a low carbon economy" and "ICT for and by the citizen". The event is co-hosted by the European Commission and the Belgian Presidency of the EU.
